Deposit is required with application!
A deposit representing one-half of the total donation much accompany this application. The balance of the donation must be paid one week prior to the time of occupancy.
* The damage/cleaning deposit is refundable at 50% if the premises are left in original condition. The facility must be next occupant ready.
All areas other than the Community Hall, kitchen, and the meeting room leading to the restrooms will be OFF LIMITS to all individuals.
Parking will be in the front and to the South side of the building. Parking in front of the fire doors is prohibited.
The occupant has the responsibility of policing the area,
and at the conclusion of the function, to return the building and grounds to
it's original state.
A. All tables should be cleaned and the floors shall
be swept.
B. The dumpster is located at the back of the
building, where all garbage should be placed.
C. All decorations MUST be removed.
The occupant is liable for any damages to the Community Hall and the grounds that occur as a result of the function held in the community hall.
The occupant shall not use any thumbtacks or tape that, in any way, damage the walls. A tack strip is provided at the top of the walls for attaching decorations.
Alcoholic beverages may be a part of any function. However, the sale of alcoholic beverages at any function PROHIBITED.
No pets are allowed.
Fog machines are prohibited.
ALL FUNCTIONS SHALL END BY 12:00 MIDNIGHT WHICH INCLUDES CLEAN UP!
